I By the time Charlie came into rescue and our home - he had been so abused that we were not able to help him. Charlie was a precious boy who had been abused to a point of no return. I am fortunate to have had 3 weeks with him.
In memory of Charlie and all those like him that never have a chance at a full life due to the actions of human beings - we will always remember you and we know you are no longer hurting or fearful now that you are at the Rainbow Bridge
